Our 30-day free return policy is simple and hassle-free. We cover all return shipping costs for eligible household products/hair accessories (no merchant fees).
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, with original packaging/accessories.
Email info@poshpin.shop with: your order number, product name/variant, return reason, and preferred resolution (refund).
We’ll respond within 24-48 business hours with a pre-paid return label (free shipping) and packaging guidelines. No cost to you for eligible returns.
Package the item in original packaging, attach the pre-paid label, and drop it off at USPS/UPS. Keep the return tracking number for your records.
We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days of receipt and email you to confirm approval/rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once complete.
- Clearance/personalized items: non-returnable.
- Damaged/defective items: include photos in your return request for faster processing.
- We’re not responsible for lost/damaged returns (use our pre-paid label and track shipments).
